"Tracking Was Kinda Useless"
The order tracking barely updated for days, so I had no clue where my package was. It did show up eventually, but the whole process felt super slow and lowkey annoying.

"Easy Size Exchange"

"Really solid jacket so far"
I bought a jacket from alpinestars a few weeks ago, it feels really well made. The material is tough, and the stitching looks clean, not cheap or rushed at all. I’ve been wearing it for a bit now and it still feels basically brand new. Happy with it so far, seems like I made a good choice, right?

"Some decent deals, but still pricey"
They do have a few good deals here and there, but a lot of the prices still feel a bit high. It’s kind of like they want you to think you’re saving more than you actually are.

"Scary crash, but it did its job"
I went down hard and yeah, it was terrifying for a second. But the airbag deployed exactly like it was supposed to, which was kind of impressive, weirdly enough. No injuries, thankfully. Not a fun experience at all, but I’m really glad it worked.

"Good for shorter rides, not my favorite for long ones"
They’re comfortable at first, and compared to some others I’ve tried, they feel decent for casual rides. But once I’m out for a longer ride, my feet start getting sore, so I wouldn’t say they’re the best option if you’re planning to be on them for hours.

"Kept me mostly dry, but I expected better"
It kept me dry enough for the most part, so I can’t say it completely failed. That said, I was expecting it to perform a bit better, especially for the price. I still ended up dealing with some damp spots, which was disappointing. I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or credit, because it didn’t fully live up to what I thought I was getting

"Helpful support, but the fit info could be clearer"
I ordered a visor in a bit of a rush thinking it would fit my Alpinestars helmet, but the compatibility chart was kind of confusing. I ended up having to contact support, and they did help me sort it out eventually, though it took a little longer than I was hoping. The site is fine overall, I just wish the fit details were easier to understand before ordering.

"Perfect for Hot Rides!!"
This has been great for keeping me cool when I’m out riding in the heat!!! I didn’t expect it to make such a difference, but it really helps a lot on those super hot days!! Definitely glad I have it!!!

Thankfully, it was straightforward. The return form was easy to fill out, and the label came through without any hassle. I sent it back, and a few days after they received it, the refund was processed. No chasing them up, no weird delays, just simple and smooth. I’d definitely order from them again

"Good gear, but sizing shook my confidence a bit"
I bought a jacket and gloves from alpinestars last year, and overall they’ve held up really well. I ride most weekends, and the stitching, zippers, and pads are all still in good shape. The gloves are starting to show some wear on the palms, but nothing that feels like a real problem yet. Shipping was fine too, no complaints there. The only thing that bothered me was the sizing. It felt a bit off compared to what I expected, and that made me trust their size guide a little less. Durability-wise I’m happy, but I’d be more careful ordering next time...

"Looks Good, But Not Sure It Delivers"
The site does look nice at first, and I wanted to like it, but actually using it was more frustrating than I expected. Finding what I needed took way too long, the filters kept resetting on me, and some pages loaded slowly. For a big brand, I guess I expected the experience to be a lot smoother

I had a good experience overall. Their replies were clear and actually answered my questions, especially when I asked for details about the next steps. "Battery’s Been Solid So Far"
I picked up my alpinestars gear mostly for weekend rides, and the battery has been good so far. I can charge it once and get a few rides out of it without any weird draining or surprises. I’m still a little unsure how it’ll hold up long-term quality-wise, but for now it’s been reliable and definitely nice not having to plug it in after every ride

"Fun slide, but my knees felt it after"
I had a good time overall, but my knees were definitely hurting after going down the slide. Not sure if it was the angle or the landing, but I felt it right away and even later that day. Weirdly, I remember there was a bright blue sock just sitting near the bottom, which somehow stuck in my mind. Fun for a quick try, but I’d be a little careful next time.
